Replace a topic with a tension
‘Research remote work’ leaves the tool to decide what matters. ‘Does remote work improve retention enough to outweigh slower onboarding for a small team?’ gives the research a decision, a comparison, and a reason to look for contrary evidence.
Write down the decision first. Then identify which missing fact could change it. That is often a better starting question than a broad request for a report.
